Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the website of The Nutra Company (“TNC”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By placing an order, you accept the terms herein, together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Dispatch Time
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days of receiving full payment and confirmation of delivery details. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on the destination and courier service. Estimated delivery windows after dispatch are as follows:
• Metro locations (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad): Typically 2–4 business days
• Tier-2 and other regions: Usually 4–7 business days
Please note that these are estimates only and actual delivery may be extended due to courier delays, adverse weather, logistical constraints or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size. We may periodically offer free shipping promotions subject to minimum order value and may exclude remote or highly restricted locations.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing the courier name, tracking number and link. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Risk and Title
Risk of loss and title transfer to you occurs once the courier picks up the shipment. We strongly recommend you inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage, missing items or discrepancies.
7. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order is received in a damaged condition, or if items are missing or incorrect, you must report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us at support@thenutracompany.co.in with your order number, a detailed description of the issue and clear photographs of the packaging and product. We will work with the courier and expedite resolution of the matter.
8. Failed Delivery & Change of Address
If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address, recipient not available or similar reasons, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information are accurate and accessible.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International orders or shipments to PO boxes, remote military bases or restricted territories may not be eligible. We may introduce international shipping at a later stage and will update this policy accordingly.
10. Custom, Duties and Taxes
All prices on our website are displayed inclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) for India. For any future international shipping, recipients may be liable for import duties, taxes or clearance fees. These are not included in our Order value and are the customer’s sole responsibility.
11. Promotional Items, Pre-orders & Backorders
Promotions may include free shipping offers or special pricing. These offers are subject to separate terms and may expire at any time. For pre-order or back-order items, dispatch times will be indicated at checkout. In such cases actual delivery may exceed typical timelines.

We reserve the right to update or revise this Shipping Policy at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
